Anqing Tp Goetze Liner Co.,Ltd(ATGL) was a joint venture founded in 2005 among and by Chinese Anqing Ring New Group Co.,Ltd(ARN), Japanese TPR Co.,Ltd (TPR) and Anqing Tp Goetze Piston Ring Co.,Ltd(ATG) with a registered capital of 26.53 million dollars and total investment of 58 million dollars, which has production capacity of 55 million high-level liners annually. It is the largest liner production base for gasoline and diesel cars domestically. 

Abiding by the principle of "Top in China and First-class in World", ATGL company had introduced advanced automatic aluminum containing cylinder liner production lines and various types of diesel engine liner production lines as well as testing equipment from Japan TPR company, the United States FEDERAL-MOGUL companies,etc. All the technical staffs and backbones of company had got strict overseas training courses and Japan TPR foreign experts stationed in company for all-round guidance. Production processing is in strict accordance with the parent company's technology standard.
